कर्मजंबुद्धियुक्ताहिफलंत्यक्त्वामनीषिणः|जन्मबन्धविनिर्मुक्ताःपदंगच्छन्त्यनामयम्||२-५१||
karmajaṃ buddhiyuktā hi phalaṃ tyaktvā manīṣiṇaḥ . janmabandhavinirmuktāḥ padaṃ gacchantyanāmayam ||2-51||

।।2.51।।बुद्धियोगयुक्ताः  कर्मजं फलं त्यक्त्वा  कर्म कुर्वन्तः तस्माद्  जन्मबन्धविनिर्मुक्ताः अनामयं पदं गच्छन्ति।  हि प्रसिद्धम् एतत् सर्वासु उपनिषत्सु इत्यर्थः।
2.51 Those who possess this evenness of mind while performing actions and relinish their fruits, are freed from the bondage of rirth, and go to the region beyond all ills. 'Hi' means that this dictum or teaching is well known in all the Upanisads.
Sri Abhinav Gupta Commentary
।।2.51।।दूरेण हीति। बुद्धियोगात्किल हेतोः अवरं दुष्टफलयुक्तं (K omits युक्तं) रिक्तं ( omits रिक्तं) कर्म दूरीभवति। अतस्तादृश्यां बुद्धौ शरणमन्विच्छ प्रार्थयस्व येन सा बुद्धिः लभ्यते।
